Modern House in Geyserville by Wendy Evans Joseph Architecture

This little house, but is impressive in Geyserville, California, United States and was completed in 2010. It was a project developed by Wendy Evans Joseph Architecture in collaboration with architects Richardson, Struber Stroeher-Engineering Group, Inc. and structural engineers Tysinger Associates. Sit in on a plot 850 square feet. Initially, the site of the original house had no real infrastructure, and met none of the new code requirements for water conservation and fire safety, most do not even provide enough power to use agriculture. As a result, the client has requested a new structure that would meet all these criteria and could also benefit from the view of the hill.
The new house is a compact energy-efficient design with views of the local farmland. It is located near an olive grove in an open area so that no existing trees must be removed. The house is a three-level building. At the first level there is a hallway, a bathroom and a bedroom with bathroom and balcony. The mezzanine is the kitchen and dining room connected to a bridge. The lower level contains the living room and a blanket. The interior is lavishly decorated with custom built-in furniture. As the house is so small, each space must be used in a very effective way.
